Premium natural recycled TPE pellets
TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer)
TPE is a class of eco‑friendly materials combining high rubber‑like elasticity and favorable plastic processability. Core characteristics: excellent processability without vulcanization, rapid molding via standard plastic processing technologies, and 100 % recyclable runners and scraps. It delivers adjustable hand‑feel and performance with a broad hardness range from Shore A 0 to Shore D 70. It features good flexibility and weather resistance and retains elasticity at ‑40 °C. It exhibits excellent over‑molding bonding strength with rigid plastics such as PP and ABS.
Main Applications
Automotive parts (sealing strips, steering wheels, fenders), consumer goods (soft grips, toothbrushes, toys, footwear), medical supplies (seals, pipe fittings, syringe pistons), electrical and electronic products (wires and cables, phone protective cases), construction engineering (waterproof membranes, sealing strips).
Please specify your additional requirements for impact performance, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, melt flow index, surface pits and other physical‑property indexes.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
